Students are offered the opportunity to extend their ability and display their artistic flair in cookery both inside and outside of the classroom. We encourage students to develop their skills and have experienced great success in competitions such as Junior Chef Challenge and the Taste of Louth Young Chef of the Year competitions. Activities such as these give students first hand cookery experience and help to enhance their skill base.



We also hold themed activities throughout the year including seasonal cookery projects for Christmas, Easter, etc. and take part in fundraising initiatives including the Breakfast Bash for ISPCC, the Big Bake for Temple Street Children’s Hospital and cake sales in aid of the Marist Missions and Cancer Support.
